When you call us or send a WhatsApp message, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, preferred service and appointment time, and any notes about your comfort or health that help us provide a safe session. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and manage your appointment.
The enquiry form
The appointment form on our contact page does not send data to our servers. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, which you can review, edit and choose whether to send. Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited and whether call or WhatsApp buttons are clicked. These tools may set cookies. We do not send your name, phone number or health information to analytics tools. Where required, we will ask for your consent before enabling analytics cookies.
